Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Tamatem, the leading mobile games publisher in the MENA region, is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and own its visual identity. You will create the brand guardrails, evolve the master‑brand system, and ensure every touch‑point—from investor decks to merch—communicates a consistent, compelling story.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Tamatem identity system, including logo, typography, colour, mascot, motion, and tone.
• Refresh and extend the brand as the company scales across publishing, studio, Tamatem Plus, and Playable Factory.
• Produce high‑impact assets such as investor decks, event booths, employer branding, merchandise, social identity systems, website visuals, and internal communications.
• Build scalable toolkits—templates, component libraries, asset kits, and guidelines—to enable other teams to stay on‑brand without a designer.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools into the brand workflow, measuring impact on speed, volume, or quality.
• Collaborate closely with People, Communications, Founders, Events, Marketing, UA, Game Art, and external agencies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience leading brand and identity design, preferably in gaming, entertainment or digital media.
• Portfolio demonstrating complete identity systems that have been applied across print, digital, merch, events and partner materials.
• Strong understanding of brand architecture, master‑brand and sub‑brand relationships, and endorsement models.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach junior designers.
• Excellent judgment to uphold brand standards while adapting to senior stakeholder feedback.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Figma
• Adobe After Effects (working level)
• Fluency with AI design tools and workflow integration
