Senior Corporate Relationship Manager

About the role

The Senior Corporate Relationship Manager will lead the development and management of major deposit relationships with public and private institutions. This role ensures the bank meets its liquidity targets while expanding market share through strategic client acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with major deposit clients across public and private sectors.
• Identify key prospects and design deposit acquisition strategies.
• Attract, retain, and oversee major deposits in line with liquidity requirements.
• Promote banking products through direct sales, cross‑selling and up‑selling.
• Develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Conduct regular client meetings and field visits.
• Coordinate with corporate banking, operations, finance and other departments.
• Prepare and present banking service proposals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of key clients.
• Support deposit growth, liquidity management and business continuity initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations and customer relationship management.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical and business judgment abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of banking policies, procedures, laws and Central Bank regulations.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Ability to motivate teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency with banking systems and standard computer applications.
