About the role
We are looking for a Senior ICT & Digital Modernisation Expert to provide high‑quality technical assistance for institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT infrastructure, secure communications and cybersecurity within public institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and modernise institutional IT systems and digital workflows.
- Develop technical assessments, specifications and road‑maps for ICT modernisation.
- Support the implementation of secure communications and cybersecurity measures.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in English (C1); Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in digital modernisation projects for public administrations is desirable.
