Senior Instructional Designer, Operations at Airports

About the role

SITA is seeking a visionary Senior Instructional Designer to transform the training ecosystem for its Operations at Airports portfolio. You will bridge complex technical solutions and high‑impact learning, integrating Generative AI throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑fidelity eLearning, virtual instructor‑led sessions, simulations, and job aids tailored to airport operations.
• Translate detailed product specifications into scenario‑based, learner‑centric content.
• Participate in product sprints and feature releases to align training with the product roadmap.
• Coach and upskill global facilitators to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Lead the integration of LLMs and AI media tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, Midjourney) to accelerate content creation and automate repetitive tasks.
• Use AI‑driven analytics to identify skill gaps and create adaptive learning paths.
• Act as a consultant to product managers and field service teams, gathering requirements and defining measurable learning objectives.
• Ensure all AI‑generated content adheres to ethical standards and SITA’s brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in a global B2B or system‑integrator environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with product managers, solution specialists, and delivery teams.
• Experience with agile development processes and product sprint participation.
