About the role

Al Bustanji Motors seeks a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across its automotive brands. The role focuses on boosting brand awareness, generating leads, driving showroom traffic, and supporting overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and business priorities.
• Plan and manage ATL and BTL campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support vehicle launch campaigns, offers, showroom activities, events, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with creative, media, production, digital, and event agencies to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, showroom, and management teams to align marketing activities with business needs.
• Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, requirements, and follow‑up plans.
• Monitor performance, create reports and presentations for management.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and communication standards.
• Manage marketing calendars to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
• Support market research, competitor monitoring, and customer insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong background in ATL and BTL marketing.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, activations, launches, events, and promotions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Creative, proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
