About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for Parma Holding and its subsidiaries, ensuring cohesive brand positioning and measurable performance across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer and competitor data to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Identify new market opportunities, optimize existing campaigns, and contribute to long‑term strategic planning.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in market research, marketing strategy, and sales‑aligned initiatives.
• Strategic thinking with solid analytical capabilities.
• Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Several years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably within a multi‑brand or holding company environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
