Senior Quality Compliance Officer

About the role

Hikma Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Quality Compliance Officer to join its Amman site. You will work within a collaborative environment that values innovation, caring, and teamwork, supporting the company’s mission to provide high‑quality medicines across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain quality compliance documentation and follow up on CAPAs and regulatory commitments.
• Coordinate and deliver cGxP training across the organization.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance and develop related policies.
• Generate, review, and approve Quality Agreements.
• Support cleaning validation, new molecule introductions, and equipment qualification activities.
• Host and manage external inspections, preparing all required documentation.
• Conduct internal and supplier audits, handling customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
• Prepare annual product review reports, quality risk management reports, and change control documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in QA/compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
