Senior Relationship Manager – Global Network Banking

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager will lead the development and growth of cross‑border network relationships across assigned countries. You will ensure high service standards, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive the delivery of tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and expand network relationships across multiple countries.
• Manage a portfolio of cross‑border clients, understanding their needs and coordinating with country and head‑office teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance, client activity and sector trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support the preparation of annual business plans and targets aligned with group strategy.
• Coordinate execution of ORB‑related relationships, data gathering and timely submissions to credit teams.
• Assist in resolving operational and transactional issues, escalating when necessary.
• Identify problematic accounts, implement risk mitigation actions and protect the bank’s interests.
• Provide market feedback and insights to support strategy formulation.
• Engage in cross‑selling activities with product and country teams to increase wallet‑share.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑11 years of banking experience in relationship management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and the target market language.

• Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
• Analytical and financial modeling expertise.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.
• Proficient computer skills.
