Senior Software Engineer – AI Platform for Short-Term Rentals

About the role

We are looking for a senior software engineer to help build and scale Base360.ai, an AI‑operating system for short‑term rental businesses. You will design, develop and ship customer‑facing products, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that directly impact property managers and their guests.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable backend services, APIs and cloud‑native infrastructure that power reservations, pricing, payments and property operations.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows and AI‑driven systems for tasks such as cleaning scheduling, guest communication and dynamic pricing.
• Create and maintain integrations with platforms like Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.

Required profile

• Strong experience building production‑grade software systems and owning end‑to‑end delivery.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions and balance speed with reliability.
• Product mindset with curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency.
