Service Sales Specialist

About the role

ABB is looking for a Service Sales Specialist to drive service sales processes, generate opportunities and secure profitable sales within the Jordan Electrification Service Business Area. You will focus on installed‑base penetration and promote the full ABB service portfolio while building long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive service sales and develop opportunities for ABB Electrification products to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Promote MV/LV switchgear extensions, protection relays, modernization, retrofit, spare parts and lifecycle service solutions for ABB and non‑ABB equipment.
• Prepare and manage technical and commercial offers, from customer inquiry through negotiation to order closing.
• Build strong customer relationships, understand the installed base, and identify new service opportunities.
• Collaborate with factories and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely proposals.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in service sales and technical offer preparation.
• Proven experience with medium‑voltage and low‑voltage switchgear and related service solutions.
