Short-Term Rental Virtual Assistant (Smoky Mountains)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to manage short‑term rental properties in the Smoky Mountains region (Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville, TN). This full‑time remote position supports owners and guests while ensuring listings stay optimized across major booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple vacation‑rental properties.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and handle check‑ins/check‑outs.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspection teams.
• Monitor reservations, calendars, pricing, and dynamic pricing tools.
• Maintain accurate, optimized listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, etc.
• Process maintenance tickets and follow up until completion.
• Prepare owner communications and operational reports.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing STR properties in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville.
• Strong knowledge of the Smoky Mountains vacation‑rental market.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
