Showroom Administrator – Automotive Sales

About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position supports the automotive showroom in Amman. The Showroom Administrator ensures smooth daily operations, enhances the customer experience, and assists the sales team in meeting their targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks within the showroom.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate sales consultants.
- Maintain organized customer records and related documentation.
- Prepare and process sales documents, quotations, invoices, and agreements.
- Coordinate with the CRM team for accurate data entry and lead tracking.
- Support the sales team with scheduling appointments and test drives.
- Follow up on pending documents and approvals for vehicle sales and registrations.
- Liaise with finance, insurance, registration, and after‑sales departments as needed.
- Maintain showroom files, reports, and operational documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and sales support reports.
- Monitor showroom supplies, promotional materials, and administrative needs.
- Ensure professional handling of all customer interactions in line with brand standards.
- Assist in organizing showroom events, launches, and customer activations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to showroom operations.
- Support management with additional administrative tasks related to showroom activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in administration, sales support, or showroom operations.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
