About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to join Barracuda Marketing Agency in Deir Ghbar, Amman. The role focuses on producing engaging visual and written content across multiple platforms, supporting brand campaigns and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish posts, stories, reels, and captions for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Design monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor trends, viral content and incorporate them into daily output.
• Support campaign roll‑outs and product launch initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and adjust content strategy to boost engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform algorithms.
• Excellent writing ability and creative thinking.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferably background in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑powered content creation tools (e.g., video generation, image synthesis).
• Experience producing short‑form video content and reels.
