Social Media Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Officer to enhance and expand our brand’s presence across digital platforms. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop engaging content, interact with our audience, and support broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content plans and calendars.
• Manage company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create, edit and publish posts, videos, reels, stories and other digital assets.
• Write clear, brand‑aligned captions in Arabic and English.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages and customer inquiries.
• Monitor trends, competitors, hashtags and industry developments.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to produce high‑quality visual content.
• Run and optimise paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Track performance with platform analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyse KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth and conversion metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators and external partners as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and analytical abilities.
• Creative, organised, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience using Canva, Cap Cut, Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign management.

• Basic salary of 400 JDs per month.
