Social Media Specialist

About the role

Infobip is looking for a Social Media Specialist to drive brand awareness and engagement across its global platforms, with a focus on the MENA region. You will own the end‑to‑end social media calendar, create compelling B2B content in English and Arabic, and support paid campaigns that generate pipeline contribution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage the monthly social media calendar, including copywriting, design briefings, stakeholder alignment, scheduling and reporting.
• Design and execute brand‑awareness campaigns from concept through post‑campaign analysis.
• Manage and optimise paid LinkedIn (and other) advertising campaigns, handling budgeting, targeting, tracking and performance reporting.
• Handle community management for regional inquiries, ensuring timely, on‑brand responses.
• Track social media performance against industry benchmarks and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support employee advocacy by producing shareable content for internal champions.
• Produce high‑quality B2B content (blogs, ebooks, case studies, brochures, event materials, landing‑page copy) in English and Arabic.
• Translate, localise and publish global content on the Arabic website, managing on‑page SEO.
• Conduct competitive analysis to inform content and positioning decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in social media and content marketing within B2B technology, SaaS or a comparable industry.
• Proven ability to own and execute a social media strategy from planning to reporting with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated success running paid LinkedIn campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management and A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills across formats, from long‑form customer stories to concise LinkedIn hooks.
• Experience managing SEO and content publishing on CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) with working knowledge of HTML and web‑traffic metrics.
