Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing social media activities across multiple platforms while supporting broader marketing campaigns and driving brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize, and report on social media activities across the company’s digital platforms.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and publish content on relevant social media channels.
• Brief and follow up with creative teams, agencies, influencers, and production partners to ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor content performance, prepare regular reports, and provide clear recommendations.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, video views, traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, platform updates, and new digital opportunities.
• Optimize content and platform performance based on insights, analytics, and best practices.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives and content collaborations.
• Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Preferred experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Retail, Digital Agencies, or E‑commerce.
