Software Engineer (Fullstack)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our engineering team and develop our flagship product, Phenom. The role involves building and maintaining web application components such as Review, Screening, Invoicing, Reporting, and Syndication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver solid, maintainable software using good processes.
• Own the full lifecycle of components/products, including design, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor team members and act as a technical role model.
• Collaborate with product teams to define requirements, assess risks, and draft technical solutions.
• Work with other teams on platform tooling, common libraries, and integrations.
• Influence technical decisions across multiple teams and serve as a technical ambassador.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of computer‑science concepts and proven experience in web application development.
• Team‑player who enjoys sharing knowledge, teaching, and mentoring peers.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
• No specific degree required; focus is on demonstrated ability.
