Supervising Associate - Internal Communications (Assurance)

About the role

As a Supervising Associate within EY's MENA Brand, Marketing and Communications team, you will lead internal communications for the Assurance service line across the region. You will partner with Assurance leadership and talent stakeholders to craft and deliver messages that engage employees and reinforce strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with MENA Assurance objectives.
• Create content for intranet articles, email campaigns, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, webcasts and internal events.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear, audience‑focused communications.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Assurance leaders and key stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen collaboration and culture.
• Ensure all communications meet EY’s global and regional brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with BMC colleagues and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Measure effectiveness using engagement metrics and reporting, and continuously improve outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Approximately 4‑5 years of relevant communications experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong storytelling and editorial capabilities.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to high‑quality work.
• Collaborative, proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
