Transformation Manager – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Transformation Manager to join our Chief Strategy & Transformation Office. In this position you will drive the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across Retail, CIB, Operations and GRC, ensuring they align with the organization’s long‑term vision and deliver measurable P&L impact.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate and own end‑to‑end strategic transformation projects, from planning to delivery.
• Leverage deep domain knowledge in Retail, CIB, Operations and GRC to ensure seamless implementation.
• Align each initiative with corporate strategic objectives and track financial outcomes on the P&L.
• Collaborate with data partners and stewards to make initiatives data‑driven and compliant.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and governance committees, highlighting progress, risks and financial impact.
• Develop and monitor OKRs and KPIs to quantify project success.
• Apply agile product and delivery principles, fostering iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Design and execute change‑management plans to support smooth transitions.
• Allocate resources efficiently and proactively mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation programs, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L ownership and financial accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Experience applying agile methodologies to complex projects.
