Turkish Content Moderator – Ensure Safe Online Experience

About the role

You will play a key role in maintaining a safe online environment for users by reviewing, investigating, and moderating user‑generated content in Turkish across text, images, videos and other media formats.

Key responsibilities

• Enforce platform policies and community guidelines consistently and accurately.
• Identify policy‑violating content and take appropriate moderation actions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established procedures.
• Maintain productivity, quality and accuracy targets while handling content queues.
• Stay up to date with policy changes and moderation guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and quality objectives.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Turkish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English (minimum B1 level preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to make objective decisions based on defined guidelines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with internet‑based platforms.
