Warehouse Assistant (Hybrid, Amman)

About the role

Checkpoint Store is looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join its growing team in Amman. This full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site handling of puzzle products with occasional remote tasks such as inventory updates and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, label and store puzzle products securely.
• Prepare orders for shipment, pack items carefully and coordinate with couriers.
• Monitor stock levels, organize shelves and support regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized warehouse environment.
• Operate basic forklift or other material‑handling equipment when certified.
• Communicate stock issues or delivery concerns to the team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Required profile

• Experience with warehouse operations, packing and basic inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move boxes safely and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort using basic warehouse software, spreadsheets or inventory systems.
• Customer‑service orientation to support accurate order fulfillment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and adherence to SOPs.
• Forklift certification is a plus; training can be provided.
