Account Manager

About the role

Zero1Hundred is seeking an Account Manager to join its Amman office. In this full‑time position you will act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, helping to shape marketing strategy and guide creative execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of marketing and branding strategies, mapping campaign road‑maps and aligning initiatives with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm concepts, draft briefs and ensure deliverables meet strategic and creative standards.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, providing advisory support and proactively proposing new ideas.
• Oversee day‑to‑day campaign execution, coordinating internal workflows to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review all assets and presentations for quality, brand alignment and strategic consistency before client delivery.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results against goals and produce data‑driven reports with recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, account planning or brand management within a marketing, advertising or branding agency.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative thinking ability.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
