Account Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager (Marketing) serves as the primary liaison between our agency and its clients, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. You will manage client requests, plan upcoming initiatives, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high‑quality marketing solutions on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with creative, performance, and other cross‑functional teams to design and launch marketing campaigns.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators, and deliver regular performance reports.
• Analyze results and propose data‑driven optimisations to improve outcomes.
• Prepare and present progress reports, campaign summaries, and other client‑specific documentation.
