Account Manager (Marketing)

About the role

The Account Manager (Marketing) serves as the primary liaison between our company and its clients, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and client expectations are met with high quality and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing requests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including creative and performance units—to plan, execute, and deliver marketing campaigns.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with client business goals and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver regular updates and analysis.
• Prepare and present progress reports, campaign summaries, and other client‑specific documentation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong project coordination skills with experience working across multiple internal teams.
• Strategic thinking to align marketing plans with client objectives.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring performance metrics and making data‑driven recommendations.
