Account Manager – Wholesale & Platforms (MEA)

About the role

As an Account Manager for Wholesale & Platforms in the MEA region, you will own the growth, retention and overall success of Tier 1 customers on Infobip’s full‑stack cloud communication platform. You will build trusted relationships, understand client business needs and drive measurable adoption, upsell and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and revenue growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical inquiries, coordinating internal teams for timely support.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for product adoption, cross‑sell and expansion.
• Monitor client traffic, financial health and performance metrics to maximize growth and mitigate risk.
• Maintain accurate records of client activities and opportunities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Platform Operations and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback on internal tools (e.g., Qlik, Salesforce) to improve account setup and traffic monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑orientation with a proven ability to build and nurture executive‑level relationships.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting traffic data and forecasting revenue impact.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience using Qlik for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for account management.
