Affiliate Partnerships Specialist

About the role

FansPass is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Specialist to expand and manage its affiliate network across key markets. This hands‑on position involves recruiting new affiliates, onboarding them, and overseeing day‑to‑day relationship activities to keep partners active and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and recruit new affiliate partners through email, LinkedIn, social media, and calls.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, moving them from first contact to onboarding.
• Onboard affiliates, providing links, codes, creative assets, and campaign guidelines.
• Coordinate affiliate links, codes, and materials while tracking performance and deliverables.
• Maintain organized records of prospects, active partners, follow‑ups, and results.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline health and partner performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign needs and improve activation rates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or related fields.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Highly organized with disciplined follow‑up practices.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Good understanding of MENA digital audiences.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms.
• Use of tracking tools for performance measurement.
