Agency Management Advisor – English & German

About the role
The Agency Management Advisor will act as the main liaison between our app and partner agencies, ensuring smooth communication and event execution.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee, track, and take responsibility for in‑app events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the app and the agency, handling all communication.
- Provide feedback and periodic event reports.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure the satisfaction of content creators and agencies.
Required profile
- Proficient in English and German for daily work.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills; strong leadership potential.
- 0‑1 years experience in customer service or on a live‑streaming platform.
Required skills
- Solid experience with MS Office.
