AI Architect – Enterprise AI Solutions

About the role

Systems Arabia is looking for a visionary AI Architect with over 10 years of IT experience to lead the design and governance of enterprise‑scale AI solutions. You will shape the AI strategy, build cloud‑native platforms, and collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, architecture roadmap, and governance framework.
• Design scalable, secure, cloud‑native AI platforms to enable organization‑wide AI adoption.
• Architect and deliver Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG frameworks, AI copilots, chatbots, and intelligent knowledge systems.
• Develop Agentic AI and Multi‑Agent Systems to automate complex business processes.
• Build end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Lead implementation of NLP, computer vision, recommendation engines, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Design AI‑ready data platforms, data lakes, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and governance for AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, responsible AI, and data governance standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide strategic innovation recommendations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data engineering, or solution architecture.
• Proven track record designing and delivering enterprise AI platforms at scale.
• Strong collaboration skills with business, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, and generative AI.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI copilot development.
• Proficiency with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL; experience building APIs, micro‑services, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with vector databases, knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise search platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, observability, and governance frameworks.
