AI Team Lead

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for an AI Team Lead to lead its Artificial Intelligence initiatives. The role involves guiding a team of AI professionals in creating AI-driven solutions that support the company's vision, covering strategy, development and deployment of AI technologies that improve products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AI team in designing, developing and implementing AI models and systems
• Work with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities that drive business value
• Guide the team in using machine learning frameworks and tools
• Oversee the project lifecycle from research and prototyping to production deployment
• Stay up to date with the latest AI and machine learning trends
• Establish best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning or AI Engineering
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or mentoring role
• Strong mathematical foundation in image processing and experience building custom computer vision models

Required skills

• Expert Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred, or TensorFlow)
• Azure ML workspace, MLflow, Docker and Kubernetes
• NLP: Transformers, BERT, GPT variants, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph
• Computer vision: OpenCV, YOLO, PyTorch Vision
• MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, model registries, monitoring model drift
• Autonomous AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph, Crew AI) and edge deployment (TensorRT, ONNX)
