AMS Sales Account Manager

About the role

The AMS Sales Account Manager will drive growth of ATM managed services and related solutions by building strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. This position focuses on expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients, especially banks and financial institutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ATM managed services and ATM solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Coordinate with operations, technical, and project teams to ensure successful service delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the launch and expansion of White Label ATM and other ATM‑related initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of banking experience.
• 6+ years of sales experience.
