Architect II (3-5 years experience)

About the role

Makan Project Management & Development is seeking a talented Architect to join its design team in Amman. You will be responsible for developing residential and commercial projects from concept through construction documentation, working closely with senior leadership and owning your designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design packages from concept to tender documents.
• Create 3D design models in SketchUp and produce coordinated drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop design details, select materials and finishes, and prepare presentation materials.
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews, coordinating with structural, MEP, civil disciplines and external consultants.
• Manage drawing revisions, maintain document control, and support site follow‑up to verify design compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in an architecture or design consultancy.
• Strong proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Familiarity with Jordanian building codes, regulations, and tender processes.
• Fluent Arabic and strong working English.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
