Architect

About the role

The Architect will be involved in the development of project design tasks from early concept through to construction documentation, working under the guidance of senior architects and design managers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in concept design preparation, including project models, graphical presentations, drawings and reports.
• Develop BIM models and design documents while maintaining BIM quality under the supervision of the BIM Coordinator/Manager.
• Adhere to project deadlines and design quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior architects and design managers on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with at least 2 years of architectural design experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and applicable code requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in BIM processes, implementation and workflows.

Required skills

• BIM modeling and management.
• Architectural design software and graphical presentation tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and material systems.
