Aris Tool Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Aris Tool Specialist to join Müller's Solutions and strengthen our business process management capabilities through expert use of the ARIS tool suite. The role involves managing, implementing, and optimizing ARIS tools to support modeling and improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and maintain business process models using ARIS, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Support business units in adopting ARIS, promoting best practices for documentation and management.
• Deliver training sessions to improve user proficiency with ARIS tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ARIS specifications.
• Monitor data integrity in the ARIS repository, performing regular audits and updates.
• Stay current with BPM methodologies and emerging ARIS features.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ARIS users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience working with ARIS tools in a BPM context.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently or within a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
