Assistant Director of Sales

About the role

As an Assistant Director of Sales with Hilton, you will help shape the hotel’s sales strategy while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with the commercial team to drive revenue across rooms, catering, and events, representing the brand at key industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales within a designated market segment by qualifying leads, delivering proposals, and closing business to meet revenue targets.
• Support the development of the annual commercial strategy and align daily activities with business objectives.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and sales calls, maintaining a robust pipeline of short‑ and long‑term opportunities.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, Hilton Worldwide Sales, CVBs, and intermediaries; lead site inspections and ensure personalized experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust tactics to meet evolving customer needs.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor sales team members, conducting performance evaluations and fostering a high‑performing culture.
