Assistant Manager, B2B Pre/Post Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager, B2B Pre/Post Sales will support partners in designing, installing and commissioning air‑conditioning projects, ensuring technical correctness and minimizing errors. The role bridges sales, engineering and service teams to secure technical closure of complex solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and commissioning of AC projects and provide technical supervision.
• Deliver training and technical support to AC partners and VARs.
• Develop and present technical proposals that match client requirements.
• Collaborate with after‑sales team to resolve technical cases and create guidelines for pre‑sales, installation and commissioning.
• Coach sales associates on product knowledge and technical sales skills.

Required profile

• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in AC/HVAC design, load calculation, and project inspection.
• Strong administrative and time‑management abilities.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency.

Required skills

• HVAC design tools (load calculation, HAP, AutoCAD, selection software, duct sizing).
• Inspection and commissioning of air‑conditioning systems.
• Technical documentation creation.
• Ability to develop technical solutions and support VARs.
