Associate Director – Workforce Management Leader

About the role

The Associate Director – Workforce Management Leader will drive the Experience Management function across MENA Consulting, ensuring the right talent is allocated to the right projects at the right time. This senior position partners with senior leadership to optimize talent productivity, manage demand cycles, and support strategic workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management for the Experience Management brand, collaborating with the Consulting Leadership Team, Sub‑Service Line Leaders, and Partner Group.
• Define and execute supply‑and‑demand strategies in partnership with the COO and Business Enablement teams.
• Identify and implement talent pool productivity initiatives, manage bench capacity, and conduct monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee revenue leakage management and ensure high data quality for rapid decision‑making.
• Coordinate cross‑border deployment of resources, working with internal EY teams such as Talent, Immigration, and Procurement.
• Drive career‑experience opportunities as part of staffing decisions.
• Maintain direct connectivity between pursuit teams and the Experience Management team across Near/Offshore hubs, graduate programs, and GDS FTE pools.
• Facilitate productivity pushes with Sub‑Service Line Leaders, Engagement Partners, and Managers.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in workforce planning, resource management, or talent operations.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute supply‑and‑demand strategies in a consulting environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and revenue protection.
• Experience coordinating cross‑border talent deployment and navigating immigration or procurement processes.
