Associate Landscape Architect

About the role

InSite, a division of KEO International Consultants, is seeking an experienced Associate Landscape Architect to join its Amman studio. The role involves leading design development, managing project delivery, and mentoring junior staff across a range of urban and landscape projects.

Key responsibilities

• Guide aesthetic and technical development of assigned landscape projects.
• Develop technical scopes, resource allocations, and financial fees for opportunities.
• Manage projects through all design phases, coordinating internal disciplines and external sub‑consultants.
• Lead and organise junior team members, conduct performance appraisals, and provide mentorship.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals and monitor staffing levels.

Required profile

• 15+ years of relevant landscape architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Professional registration, licensure or chartership with an internationally recognised association.
• Strong understanding of regional construction methods, industry codes, health & safety, and sustainability regulations.

• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Proficiency in Grasshopper.
• Proficiency in Rhino.
