About the role

Capital Bank of Jordan is launching its Banking Academy, a four‑month intensive programme aimed at recent graduates who wish to start a career in banking. Participants will receive a blend of classroom instruction, hands‑on exposure to banking operations, and professional development activities designed to build a solid foundation for a future banking professional.

Key responsibilities

• Attend structured training sessions covering banking products, services, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Rotate through core departments such as retail banking, corporate banking, and operations to observe daily activities.
• Assist senior staff with analytical tasks, data preparation and reporting under supervision.
• Participate in workshops and mentorship meetings to develop professional skills.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or Risk Management.
• Strong academic record with a GPA classified as Very Good or Excellent.
• Motivation to learn and build a career in the banking sector.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and banking terminology.
