Barista – Coffee & Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Barista to join our café team and deliver high‑quality coffee beverages while providing friendly, professional service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks, including espresso‑based beverages, specialty coffees, teas and other café items.
• Operate, clean and maintain espresso machines, grinders and related equipment.
• Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation and adherence to recipes.
• Take customer orders accurately, handle payments and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized and stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
• Follow food‑safety, hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality.
• Team‑oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
