Bilingual Case Manager (Arabic/English) – Personal Injury Law

About the role

The CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a bilingual Case Manager fluent in Arabic and English to support clients throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating case activities, gathering documentation, and assisting attorneys to ensure timely and effective case progression.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, conducting detailed intakes and providing regular case updates.
• Open new cases, organize files, and maintain accurate documentation, including medical records, police reports, and insurance information.
• Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and required filings to keep cases on schedule.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, prepare demand packages, and support settlement negotiations.
• Coordinate with medical providers to monitor treatment progress and obtain necessary records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in case management, legal support, or personal injury law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and collaborate with attorneys.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Compensation starting at $7.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
