Billing Specialist – Invoicing & Account Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Billing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and customer account information. The role requires strong numerical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to resolve billing issues while maintaining professional relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify billing details such as pricing, quantities, discounts, taxes, and payment terms.
• Process billing adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer billing records and monitor outstanding invoices and account balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Reconcile billing records with accounting systems and generate reports for management.
• Support month‑end, year‑end, and audit activities by providing required documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume invoice processing and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, independent work style.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
