Business Development Manager – Amazon Agency Lead Generation & Sales

About the role

Helm-Commerce is a fast‑growing Amazon agency that helps brands expand across Amazon marketplaces. We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to prospect, engage, and convert qualified Amazon sellers into long‑term agency clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential Amazon sellers and brands that could benefit from our services.
• Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Amazon, and industry databases.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
• Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls with decision‑makers, and manage the sales pipeline in our CRM.
• Prepare proposals and service recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Develop partnerships and referral opportunities.
• Provide weekly reporting on outreach activities, meetings booked, pipeline value, and closed deals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development, agency sales, or account acquisition.
• Experience selling Amazon, eCommerce, or digital‑marketing services.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and the challenges brands face on the platform.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with founders, brand owners, eCommerce managers, and executives.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently while meeting outreach targets.
