Business Development Manager – MENA Region (Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion across the MENA region, based in Jordan. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining high‑value Forex and CFD traders and building strategic IB and affiliate partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for Jordan and the wider MENA markets.
• Acquire, onboard, and retain Forex & CFD traders and high‑value clients.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Promote Harmovest Capital’s trading solutions across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Metals, Stocks, and Crypto CFDs.
• Support clients throughout onboarding, including account opening and trading platform adoption.
• Drive performance against KPIs such as new client acquisition, funded accounts, net deposits, trading activity, and IB‑generated business.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s presence throughout the MENA region.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in the Forex & CFD brokerage industry.
• Proven track record in Forex sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Experience managing IB and affiliate relationships.
• Strong understanding of Forex & CFD products, MT4/MT5 platforms, trading accounts, client funding processes, and IB commission structures.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing network of traders, IBs, or affiliates in Jordan and the MENA region is a strong advantage.
