Business Line Manager

About the role

Jo Academy, a leading EdTech company in Jordan, is looking for a results‑driven Business Line Manager to own the performance of a designated business line. You will shape sales and marketing strategies, lead a team, and ensure operational excellence to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L and overall performance of the assigned business line.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Oversee operational processes for efficient, scalable delivery.
• Build and manage key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Identify new market opportunities and support expansion efforts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams.
• Track performance metrics and report business health to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven background in sales, marketing, or operations management.
• Prior experience in EdTech, technology, education, schools, or NGOs.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership and team‑management experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Analytical, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
