Business Support Hub - Risk Consulting (Egypt / Jordan / Lebanon)

About the role

EY is hiring for a Business Support Hub position within its Risk Consulting practice, based in Cairo (Egypt) or Amman (Jordan), with flexible remote work options and no travel required. The role acts as a strategic enabler for pursuit teams by providing industry and account insights, intelligence and reusable assets, and by helping craft client-aligned approaches that lead to competitive proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity, and gather account history and performance data to shape pursuit strategies
• Develop detailed project approaches aligned with the RFP scope, curate support materials and give feedback on proposals to improve win probability
• Coordinate proposal development, manage timelines, internal reviews and approvals, and maintain trackers and dashboards
• Review proposals for grammar, formatting and design, and run end-to-end quality assurance
• Collect, store and archive pursuit and market research data, and maintain repositories of reusable proposal materials such as methodologies, tools and expert CVs
• Share guidelines for reusable assets and use technology and AI to support collaboration and efficiency

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field; a Master's is preferred
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in GRC, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Cyber Risk or related fields
• PMP certification or equivalent is a strong advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Arabic
