Captain – Guest Service Expert (Food & Beverage)

About the role

The Captain (Guest Service Expert) is responsible for delivering a memorable dining experience for guests at our Food & Beverage outlet in Amman. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service, high quality standards, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation and cleanliness.
• Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and address any service issues promptly.
• Maintain a tidy work area, replenish supplies, and follow health and safety procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance), and moving on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
