About the role

Join Natural Grocers as a Good4U Crew Member and become the friendly face that greets customers while handling transactions. This entry‑level position blends customer service, cash handling, and a passion for nutrition in a vibrant grocery environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide world‑class customer service and friendly assistance.
Perform cashier duties, accurately processing sales and handling money.
Support various store departments as needed.
Assist with company initiatives and special events.
Develop product knowledge to guide shoppers toward healthier choices.

Required profile

Strong people skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Previous retail or cashier experience.
Ability to pass food‑safety training or certifications.
Attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities.
Sense of urgency and ability to follow directions.
