Channel Sales Manager – Jordan

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our solar inverter and energy storage business in Jordan. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, building strong partner relationships, and driving sales growth across residential, commercial, and utility‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop residential, commercial, and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) business in Jordan.
• Build and maintain relationships with local distributors, EPC companies, and key customers.
• Design short‑term and long‑term market strategies using the SOFAR platform.
• Establish stable cooperation with EPC customers and meet local sales KPIs.
• Collaborate with local and China‑based teams to grow EPC business across the Middle East.
• Work closely with the after‑sales service team to resolve customer and product issues.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in the solar or energy‑storage industry.
• Deep knowledge of the Jordanian market, major distributors, EPC customers, and competitors.
• Familiarity with residential storage, commercial storage, and utility‑scale BESS products.
• Extensive local customer network and strong business‑development capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
