Clearing CS Specialist

About the role

Binance is seeking a Clearing CS Specialist to lead payment investigations across bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals and returned payments. The role operates within a fast‑paced fintech environment and supports our global crypto ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of payment issues, including bank transfers, deposits, withdrawals and returned payments.
• Collaborate with payment providers and banking partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Work as an individual contributor while handling rotating and night shifts as required.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in payment investigations or related fintech, crypto, PSP, e‑wallet or banking operations.
• Strong communication and investigative skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work rotating/night shifts.

Required skills

• Experience handling payment providers or banking partners.
• Knowledge of bank transfer processes, deposits, withdrawals and returned payments.
