Commercial Manager – Beauty

About the role

The Commercial Manager – Beauty will lead the Myli Health & Beauty business across all channels, including stores, e‑commerce and digital platforms. Reporting to the Country Head, you will own the P&L, drive growth, and ensure seamless integration of commercial, operational and customer experience functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi‑year business strategies aligned with group objectives.
• Lead business development, new store openings, digital initiatives and market expansion projects.
• Define competitive assortment, pricing and omni‑channel merchandising strategies.
• Ensure consistent implementation of planograms, assortment structures and visual concepts across stores and online.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operational performance, compliance with SOPs, health, safety and service standards.
• Coordinate commercial, operational and omni‑channel execution to deliver a unified customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 8+ years progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in retail management.
• Proven experience in the health & beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Demonstrated success managing full P&L and leading complex, cross‑functional omni‑channel operations.
• Track record of business growth, transformation and expansion initiatives.
